How do I add a watch to my bag?
Choose the finish shown on the product page, set your quantity and select Add to bag. Sign in or create an account when prompted. Your selection is kept so you can return to the watch and continue.
Matching watches and finishes are combined in your bag. You can change quantities or remove an item before checkout.
How many watches can I add?
You can add up to 5 of each watch in the same finish. The quantity controls show when you reach this limit.
Review your bag to check quantities, delivery charges and the total in Pakistan rupees.
Size & Product Guide
Compare the case shape, finish and strap style shown in the product images. Select a thumbnail for a closer view, or open the main image to examine the watch in more detail.
How can I check the fit and phone compatibility?
Measure your wrist with a flexible tape and compare it with the strap length or wrist range specified for the watch. Check the case dimensions, required phone operating system and companion app where these are listed.
Do not estimate fit from a photograph or assume that different watches share the same specifications. If a measurement or compatibility detail is missing, confirm it before choosing that model.
What should I know about care and health features?
Use the charging equipment specified for your watch and keep the charging contacts clean and dry. Do not assume water resistance unless a rating and care instructions are provided for the model.
Health and activity features are intended for general wellness, not medical diagnosis. Warranty coverage should be checked for the specific model; no standard warranty period is stated here.
Delivery Information
Delivery addresses are entered for Pakistan. Include the recipient’s name, house or building number, street, area, city, province and five-digit postal code. The delivery phone field belongs to the recipient’s address details.
How is the delivery charge calculated?
Delivery is Rs. 250 when the merchandise subtotal is below Rs. 5,000. It is free when the subtotal reaches that amount. Your bag and checkout show the delivery charge before you continue.
Changing quantities can change your eligibility for free delivery. All amounts are displayed in PKR.
Where can I check delivery progress?
Check My Orders for the details and current status of your checkout record. A processing status is not a dispatch confirmation.
A delivery date should only be relied on when it is provided for your order. No fixed delivery time is promised on this page.
Payment Methods
Review the payment options and their instructions in checkout before continuing. The amount due includes your merchandise subtotal and any delivery charge.
Does “Processing Payment” mean I have paid?
No. A processing status means payment has not been confirmed. No funds are taken by the current checkout step. You can return to checkout or cancel processing without losing your bag.
Only an explicit payment confirmation should be treated as proof of payment. Do not send funds using bank details or payment links that are not provided in checkout.
What happens when I select cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is a preference to pay when the parcel is received. Selecting it does not mark your purchase as paid or confirm that it has been accepted for delivery. The amount remains pending.
Returns & Exchanges
Return eligibility, exchange options and warranty coverage must be confirmed for the item and purchase concerned. No blanket return period or guaranteed refund is stated here.
What information should I keep for a return enquiry?
Keep your purchase reference, proof of purchase, packaging and included accessories. For a damaged, incorrect or faulty item, note the issue and retain clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Obtain the applicable return instructions before sending anything back. Do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address.
Can I change my selection before continuing?
Yes. Return to your bag to remove a watch or change its quantity. To choose another model or finish, open its product page and add the desired selection.
If processing has already started, use Return to checkout or Cancel processing first, then review your updated bag.
Contact & Support
For product or purchase enquiries, include the watch name and relevant purchase reference. Never include a password, card number or CVV in an email.
Privacy
Your account and delivery details appear in your account and checkout records. Check that you are signed in to the correct account before entering personal information, and sign out when using a shared device.
